Step 1) Set RendererMode to d3d12/d3d11, try windowed mode
Step 2) Try -dx12/-dx11 in launch options
Step 3) Rename settings folder (All saved settings will be lost), rename the save game files, create a backup first (All the save game progress will be lost)
Step 4) If able to launch the game, Set an FPS cap in the game to just 2-3 fps lower than your monitor’s refresh rate, for example if your monitor has 240Hz refresh rate then try capping at 238/237 fps in the game (you can keep DLSS + Frame Generation), try both V Sync On/Off, Switch to FSR Frame Generation

Step 8) Restore Nvidia Control Panel Setting
Step 10) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 11) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 13) Roll Back graphics card driver
Step 14) Verify the game files

Step 16) Update Windows
