Step 1) Set Language to English

Step 6) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 8) Verify the game files
Step 9) Try Power Saver mode, turn on/turn off Hardware accelerated GPU Scheduling

Step 11) Increase the virtual memory

3 X Total RAM
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Update BIOS
Step 13) unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected. Disconnect multiple monitor. Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, close third-party apps/Services, remove the undervolt
Step 14) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
