Fix You Don't Have Access" error in EA app for Steam/Epic Games users
Step 1) Restart EA App
Step 2) Launch the game from Steam/Epic.
Step 3) Perform an EA app recovery in EA app (EA app menu\Help\EA app recovery), perform EA App Recovery.exe
Step 4) Verify/Repair game files in Steam/Epic/EA App
Step 5) Launch the game from game installation folder
Step 6) Allow Steam, Epic, game exe file to your antivirus program
Step 7) Download a free EA game (example Apex) on steam/epic, you don't even have to finish the install, you just need to get it started
Step 8) Download and install Apex, launch it and then launch the game which you want to play
Step 9) Unlink Steam account from EA account and then just create a new EA account
Once you unlink a platform account (like Steam/Epic) from your EA Account and link it to a new EA/ Account that you own, you can’t unlink it again for six months. Make sure unlinking is the best choice for you and that you understand the risks before you follow these steps.

Unlink your current EA account from Steam/Epic.
Create a new EA account.
Open an EA game on steam/epic
Login to the EA app with your new EA account.
The games should now work.
Step 10) Go to the game installation folder and delete Activation64.dll, then perform repair through the EA App , still facing the issue then verify the game files via Steam/Epic instead of repair through EA App after deleting the files: Activation64.dll
Step 11) Rename Origin Games file to EA Games file name in program
Step 12) Make changes in the registry (Create a backup first, do it at your own risk)
Open Registry Editor
Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Then expand SOFTWARE, find EA games
Select the game and on the right side find Install Dir
RIGHT CLICK on "Install Dir" click Modify and paste the correct path of the game.
Start the game in steam/epic.
Step 13) Run CMD as administrator and paste this command in CMD " netsh winhttp reset proxy " hit enter exit and restart, launch the game, at first you may get administrator access error later the games should run without error.
Step 14) Uninstall and reinstall latest version of EA App
Step 15) Uninstall EA Games, reinstall the game in the same drive where Steam/Epic is installed
Step 16) Reset Your PC (Backup your data as reset will result in data/app loss)
