Step 1) Change Display Scale to 100 in Windows Settings
Step 2) Resize the pop up, take the mouse cursor to the corner of the dialog message box to resize it and the Continue Button should become clickable. drag the mouse to the corner of the dialog box (to get the two way arrow) and drag it to make the dialog box small.
