Some Windows users have complained about receiving the 0x80030001 error when trying to transfer media (photos, videos, and other rich content) from a mobile device (iOS or Android) on a Windows computer.

Note: The user receives a prompt with the 0x80030001 error in which he can click “Try Again“, “Skip” or “Cancel“.
