as stated in the video if you do not have the correct hardware this will not help you.
But I hope this does.

this is for if you have HIGH CPU usage when recording or streaming using your streaming program.

it would mean your processor is being used instead of a hardware accelerator. such as H.264 encoders which is on all of the newer Nvidia and AMD radeon cards.

Some internal capture cards may have it as well.
