Uninstall Gaming Services:
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Remove registry entries:
Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse
Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse

Download Gaming Services:
ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Timestamps:
0:00 - Explanation
0:20 - Restart Gaming Services
1:28 - Reinstall Gaming Services
3:35 - Uninstall recent mods, texture packs, etc.
