Fix Hello Neighbor 2 Unbound Crash to desktop (CTD),Crash on Save, crash on start up,stuck on loading, freezing and black screen & FPS Drop on PC
Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Allow game exe file to the antivirus program or Windows Security
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver.

Step 5) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 6) Run the game as an administrator. Also try launching the game from installation folder
Step 7) Install Visual C++ files

Step 8) Install Media Feature Pack: If you are using N versions of Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions-c1c6fffa-d052-8338-7a79-a4bb980a700a or switch normal Windows 10/11 editions
Step 9) Disable overlay in steam and close all the overlay apps, also close all the overclocking apps, perform clean boot and close all the background application
Step 10) Update windows to the latest version
Step 11) Verify the game files
Step 13) Try Windowed mode & lower down graphics settings
Step 14) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt, update system BIOS
Step 15) Uninstall and reinstall the game to different drive (SSD)
Xbox Game Pass Users
Step 1) Make sure Date, Time, Time Zone and Region Is Correct On your PC
Step 2) Make sure you are logged in with same account on Microsoft Store and Xbox App
Step 3) Verify and repair
Step 4) Create a desktop shortcut and launch the game as an administrator
Step 5) Uninstall & Reinstall Gaming Services

Step 6) Run this powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 7) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Install all the Updates in Microsoft Store
Step 9) Repair/Reset the game
Step 10) Uninstall and reinstall the game
