Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Update Windows 11
Step 3) Update Photos App
Step 4) Run Windows Apps Troubleshooter
Step 5) Repair and Reset Photos App
Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall Photos app
get-appxpackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos | remove-appxpackage
Restart your PC
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 7) Run this powershell command
