Step 1) Delete Shader Cache files in C:\ProgramData\Hogwarts Legacy/ delete the complete Hogwarts Legacy folder

Change UpscaleMode to NVIDIA_NIS / UpscaleMode=None

put the file on "Read Only" could help not to reset it
Step 3) Disable RayTracing,
Set RayTracing=False and quality settings to 0 ,put the file on "Read Only" could help not to reset it
Step 4) Rename/Delete the config folder, rename the save game files (all the save game progress will be lost)
Step 5) Enable Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support
Step 6) Try -dx12/-dx11
Step 7) In Windows Security protection history, allow blocked access for Hogwarts, if you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall, if you are using Malwarebytes, add game exe files and the complete game folder to the Ransomware Protection module exclusion list, F Secure users, turn off DeepGuard, go to comodo settings/containment/auto containment, turn off auto containment
Step 8) Run the game from the game installation folder, Run the game as an administrator, try compatibility mode, disable full screen optimization
Step 9) Perform clean installation of graphics driver

Step 20) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 21) Unplug external devices , disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disable steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, Close OVERWOLF, OBS, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager remove the undervolt
Step 22) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
