Sophos users: Go to dashboard click the system you're experiencing issues on/Protection/Web/Safe Online Banking/Advanced Settings/Toggle off 'Protect against Keyloggers'
For ESET Internet Security Users, go to advanced setup, under Browser Protection Toggle off "Keyboard Protection"
For Zone Alarm protection software users, turn off/disable Anti-keylogger in ZoneAlarm settings, If you want to have the anti-keylogger active then update Zone Alarm software.
If you have any other antivirus/security program and if it has a Keyboard Protection feature yurn it off
