How to solve an error occurred while checking for a software update :


1.One of my subscriber ask why it shows "An error occurred while installing ios" error message?.

2.My point of view this is occurs due to the internet connection disabled.

3.So first of all check your wifi or mobile data network,if it is works or not.

4.And then goto your settings - General - iPhone Storage.

5.Here you can locate "Software update" and click to open it.

6.Finally click to "Delete Update".

7.And one time sign out your apple id.

8.So once you done this processes,just try to update your iphone to new ios.
