This tutorial is about how to fix the device is unreachable iphone - error moving file or folder windows 10.

Here i show the steps by using my iPhone se and which is have the operating system of 2023 released ios 14.7.


Some other working ios versions are ios 13,ios 14,ios 14.5 and ios 14.6.


This method works for following models like iphone 4s,iphone 5s,iphone 6,6 plus,iphone 7,7 plus,iphone 8,8 plus,iphone 10,iphone 11,iphone 12,12 pro,iphone xr,iphone x and xs max.


But this method not working in android mobile.

How to solve device is unreachable problem :


1.This same issue also occurs when you transfer the files in your windows 7 or windows 8 platforms.

2.Only way to fix this error is just open your settings menu.

3.And then locate "Photos" and click to open it.

4.In "Transfer to mac or pc" section,you can select "Automatic".

5.So don't select "Keep Originals" option.

6.And plug your data cable with the computer or laptop.

7.If you restart your phone,that problem is fixed.
