How to Fix Microsoft Teams Error We're Sorry We've Run Into An Issue Error Code 80070164
Step 1) a) Logout of Teams, Disconnect your work or school account and then login to Teams
b) Logout of Teams, Connect your work or school account then login to Teams
c) Logout of Teams, Disconnect and reconnect your Work or school account and then login to Teams
d) If you have old work or school account disconnect it
Step 2) Run MS Teams in Windows 8 compatibility mode
Step 3) Delete MS Teams cache files
Close Teams
C:\Users\Test\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft
%appdata%\Microsoft
Delete the Teams Folder
Step 4) Make Sure TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 is enabled
inetcpl.cpl
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall MS Teams
