Step 1) Run SFC and DISM Command
sfc /scannow
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Step 2) Create Startup Folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Step 3) Delete and recreate Startup Folder
Step 4) Update Windows 10 using media creation tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
