Steps to Fix Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Office Error 80090030 Your Computer's Trusted Platform Module Has Malfunctioned
Step 1) Open Windows 10 settings/Accounts/Work and School/Disconnect Business/School Account, now open Office App/File/Account/sign out /sign back in.
Step 2) Run SFC and DISM command
sfc /scannow
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Step 3) C/User/Username/Appdata/Local/Packages/Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
Delete Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy folder

Step 4) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity
Name it EnableADAL and set the value to 0.
Restart computer.
Step 5) Open Credential manager, Delete msteams_adalsso/adal_context and msteams_adalsso/adal_context_segments
If receiving error while opening Office apps the remove the credentials related to Microsoft Office entries from Windows credentials
Backup your credential before deleting, CTRL+ALT+DELETE
Logout out of Teams or office app and exit Teams/office apps completely. Launch Teams or Office app now
For Teams User: Go to: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache and delete all the files. Now launch MS Teams
Step 6) Uninstall MS Teams or Office (If you have hard copy make sure you have the license key for office),
Clear browser cache, history, and cookies.
Re-downloaded MS Teams or Office.

Step 7) Update system BIOS and ensure that the TPM (Trusted Module Platform) is enabled in your BIOS.
