How to Fix Start Menu Not Working on Windows 10 2021, Fix Windows 10 Start menu stopped working, Fix Can't open start menu in windows 10

Step 1) Windows Key + R, type in Explorer
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
If unable to delete the content go to the safe mode and then try deleting the content
Windows Key + I
Restart your PC (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and Update Windows 10 (Windows + I)
Step 2) Run DISM and SFC command:
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
SFC Scan Command: sfc /scannow
DISM command: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Step 3) Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc
Type powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Step 4) Windows + R
