Here's how to Fix Modern Warfare 2 Voice Chat Not Working on Windows/PS5/PS4/Xbox.

11/27/2022 added:
1. use the correct Voice Chat Channel & unmute the lobby.
2. Unmute the Battle Royale lobby.
3. enter Voice Chat: enable Voice Chat & Proximity Chat and, use the correct Headset for the Voice Chat Device option.
4. decrease the Open Mic Recording Threshold (to 10-15) & Voice Chat Volume (around 30). re-set the microphone level accordingly.
5. set All Lobby option for Game Voice Channel and, turn on Crossplay Communication@ Settings/Account & Network/Online.
6. PlayStation users:
6.1 in the Sound section: choose correct device for yr Output Device. re-adjust the volume level.
6.2 use the correct headset/input device for yr Mic.
6.3 disable Mute.
6.4 change Adjust Microphone Level.
