Step 1) If using OBS app Close & Uninstall OBS
Step 2) Perform a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 3) Rename vulkan-1.dll to vulkan-1.dll_OFF, create a backup first, if you face any issue revert to original file
Step 4) Close/Uninstall these apps
FPS Monitor
Medal- turn off medal
Overwolf
Bonjour
Nahimic
Restart your PC after uninstalling
Make sure these folders are gone
C:\Program Files (x86) \FPS Monitor
C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook
C:\Users\bambo\AppData\Local\Overwolf
C:\Program Files (x86) \Overwolf
Step 5) Uninstall OpenCL, OpenGL, and Vulkan Compatibility Pack, install it later if you need it

Step 6) Verify the game files
Step 7) Set Full Screen to false in TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS
Step 8) Rename/Delete tkgraphicsettings.mxml file
Step 9) Stop the Audio service before launching the game and enable the Audio as soon as you launch the game
Step 10) Delete everything in "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\NGX\model
Step 11) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 12) Rename/Delete sl.pcl.dll file
Step 13) Disable the Steam cloud and rename the save game files (All the save game progress will be lost)
Step 14) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable/Enable compatibility mode, Disable Fullscreen Optimizations, put a check on "Program DPI" check box (it says "use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings")
Step 15) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 16) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 17) Install Visual C++ Files
Step 18) Perform Cleanboot
Step 19) Update Windows
Step 20) Disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close third-party app
Step 21) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, remove the undervolt
Step 22) Try power saver mode
Step 23) Update System BIOS
Step 24) (Skip this step if not able to launch the game) If able to launch the game turn off DLSS, try windowed mode and lower down video settings, reset the graphic settings to default
Step 25) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
