How to FIX Outlook not opening and Microsoft Office programs not loading due to error code 0xc0000142

First try to run any of the programs as Administrator, by right clicking the app icon and choose run as Administrator. This will most likely fail, but if not - great! See you in the next video.
Next is try to repair Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Office 2019 etc by going into the apps panel in settings and on the three dots or hamburger menu click and choose the repair option, choose the online option if you can but either should work.
