Wait it can't be that easy, can it? If it still doesn't work, try the following:
1. Open Task Manager and end Epic Games Launcher there, to definitely close it if it won't close, restart EGL [if this did not help, do step 2]
2. Press WindowsKey+R and type in r, press enter, go inside the EpicGamesLauncher/Saved/ DELETE the webcache folder [if this did not help, do step 3]
3. Restart Windows [yes, do it, stop whining and restart the computer. do not comment before you do this]
