How to Fix Printer Offline Error In Windows 10
Step 1) Make sure printer is connected to the same WIFI network as your device.
Step 2) Restart your computer.
Step 3) Use control panel to set printer online
Step 4) Perform power cycle- Turn off your printer and unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug your printer back in, and then turn the printer back on. Sometimes power-cycling your printer like this can resolve the issue.
Step 5) Make your printer as the default printer.
Step 6) Clear Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline if they are selected.
Step 7) Cancel and clear the print queue.
Step 8) Restart print spooler service
Step 9) For HP users: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/printscandoctor
