Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver.

step 3) Force Vulkan
In Prefs.json add:

Step 4) Delete the save game file, this will result in loss of game progress
Step 5) Run the game as an administrator
Step 6) Allow game exe file to the antivirus program or Windows Security
Step 7) Put -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 8) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 9) Install Visual C++ files

Step 10) Disable Steam overlay, close all the overlay apps, Close all the overclocking apps, perform clean boot
Step 11) Update windows to the latest version
Step 12) Verify the game files, restart Steam
Step 13) Try Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 14) Disconnect multiple monitors, Disable/close Voicemeeter, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 15) Uninstall and reinstall the game to different drive (SSD)
