I get the following error message/notification while try to access the skype in my new android:

Something went wrong

There is a problem with your Microsoft account.To fix this,sign in to.... from a browser.

Cancel Next


Skype needs your attention


Then i try to click " Next " option and i try to access the microsoft website using chrome,here it shows the following message:


Your account has been temporarily suspended.


Someone may have used your account.....to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the microsoft services agreement.

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and nougat also.

Solution:


1.Click to " Next " option and choose " chromes " as your browser.

2.Then enter your " mobile number " for security verification purpose.

3.Now enter that verification code into your microsoft account.

4.Finally your account is now unblocked successfully and then again try to access your skype android application.

5.The problem is solved.
