Method 1:

1.First of all clear your instagram caches just goto your android settings-Apps or application manager.

2.Choose " All " Tab and click this three dot icon and select "Reset app preferences" option.

3.Locate "Instagram" app and click to open it and click "Clear data" option.

4.Then remove all minimized apps.

5.Now again goto your instagram application and click to "Log in" option and also click "Get help to signing up" option.

6.Here you hace three options and then you can choose "Use username or Email" option and enter your email id and then your instagram account is now opening.



Method 2:

1.Click to open your instagram account and click "Login" and also click to "Get help to signing up".

2.This time you can choose "Send an SMS" option and then you can receive the one sms.

3.Now click to open that recovery link using chrome browser.

4.Finally you can reset your instagram account password and the problem is solved.
