How to solve samsung tv smart hub internet connection problems :


1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why does it says this kind of message and what is the meaning of this issue?.

2.This is occurs due to this smart hub update process is not working.

3.So if your tv is won't connect to wifi network or ethernet cable it shows this kind of message.

4.So anyway if you like to fix it,just open your settings menu.

5.And goto General - Smart Features.

6.And click to disable "Autorun Smart Hub".

7.And the another method is,just goto settings - Support - Device care - Self diagnosis.
