How to fix Sniper Elite 5 Error Could Not Create D3D12 Device 887A0004 on Windows 11/10 PC
Step 1) Make sure your graphics card is DirectX12 capable
Step 2) Do a clean installation of graphics driver6

AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 3) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 4) Disable overlay and other overlay application
Step 5) Run game as an administrator, also check Disable full screen optimization
Step 6) Disable integrated graphics
Step 7) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 8) Select vulkan in launcher, Run the game in Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
Step 9) Use the -autoconfig launch option,
