Step 1) Make sure Gaming services & Xbox Identity Provider is installed

Uninstall gaming service
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 2) Repair/Reset gaming Services
Step 3) Make changes in the registry
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services
Delete GamingServices and GamingServicesNet
Restart your PC
Uninstall Gaming Services
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Reinstall Gaming Services
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 4) Login with same account on MS store and Xbox App, make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 5) Update Windows & Apps in Microsoft Store
Step 6) Run wsreset command
Step 7) Reset Xbox app and MS Store
