Fix Snipping Tool Issue With Multiple Monitors With Different Scale Settings In Windows 11
Step 1) Do not use Full Screen in Snipping Tool
Step 2) Repair/Reset Snipping Tool
Step 3) Uninstall Snipping Tool and reinstall it from Microsoft Store
Step 4) Change the screen size to 100% in display setting then go to Settings\Accessibility\Text size and adjust each screen with the text size you like
