Step 1) Restart steam, restart PC
Step 2) Do a clean installation graphics driver

if able to launch the game recompile Shaders after the driver update
Step 3) Roll back graphics driver
Again, recompile Shaders
Step 4) Install Visual C++ files

Step 5) Delete save game folder, this will result in loss of saved progress/settings
Step 6) Allow game exe file to the antivirus program or Windows Security
Step 7) Run the game as an administrator
Step 8) Disable overlay in steam and close all the overlay apps, close all the overclocking apps, perform clean boot
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) If able to launch the game recompile Shaders
Step 11) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 12) Update Windows
Step 13) Install Media Feature Pack: If you are using N versions of Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions-c1c6fffa-d052-8338-7a79-a4bb980a700a or switch normal Windows 10/11 editions
Step 14) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 15) Try Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 16) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 17) Uninstall, delete the game folder and reinstall the game to different drive (SSD)
