Step 1) (Skip this step if not able to launch the game) Turn Off Ray Tracing, set priority to high in task manager, set recommended resolution in Windows Settings and set the same resolution in the game
Step 2) Try -dx12/dx11 in launch options
Step 3) Turn on/off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling
Step 4) Turn off Antialiasing in Nvidia Control Panel
Step 5) Run ‘Cleanup.exe’ & ‘Touchup.exe’ as an administrator
Step 6) Set BIOS to default
Step 7) Update BIOS
Step 8) End EA background service and then re launch the game
Step 9) Disconnect multiple monitor
Step 10) Disable unnecessary audio devices in Device Manager, set the Default Format to 16-bit, 44100 Hz
Step 11) Delete the config folder, rename/delete the save game files (create a backup first, you will lose all the save game progress)
Step 12) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall
Step 13) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode. Disable full screen optimization Override high DPI scaling behavior, select ‘Application’ from the drop-down menu
Step 14) Verify the game files
Step 15) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, disable Steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay)
Step 16) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 21) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 22) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
