Step 1) Change Volumetric setting to High or medium and if using higher resolution, try lowering it to 1920x1080
Step 2) Disable full screen optimizations
Step 3) Do not let GeForce experience to optimize the game for you. Revert the settings.
Step 4) VR Troubleshooting:
SteamVR
If you toggle VR on while playing the game this will result in crash. Make sure you have your headset on and SteamVR running when you launch the game to prevent this.
To fix Crashing in VR
• Launch the game again.
• Switch to borderless or windowed mode. In case You are already in borderless mode then so switch to windowed mode.
• Now Start the VR.
Step 5) If you are using Asus Armoury Crate ROG App - please disable the Asus Rog service
Step 6) If LightingService.exe or any RGB Lighting service is running- please end the service from task manager.
Step 7) Increase the page file (Virtual memory):
Recommended: Initial size is one and a half (1.5) x the amount of total system memory. Maximum size is three (3) x the amount of total system memory. So, in this system we have 8 GB (1 GB = 1,024 MB x 8 = 8192 MB) of memory. The initial size would be 1.5 x 8192 = 12288 MB and the maximum size would be 3 x 8192= 24576 MB.
Step 8) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 9) Turn on the VSync in Using Nvidia Control Panel.
Step 10) Repair Easy Anti-Cheat, if not resolved Uninstall and reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat

Step 12) Disable in game overlay in Origin or Steam, close all the overlay overclocking apps, also close all the apps running in the background.

Step 15) Update Windows 10
Step 16) Perform clean boot
Step 17) Verify the game files in Origin or Steam
Step 18) Uninstall and reinstall the game
