Steps to Fix Audio Service Not Responding on Windows 10

Step 1: Update sound device using drivers using "Browse my computer for driver software"
Step 2: Start these services
Windows Audio
Windows Audio endpoint builder services
Plug and Play Services
RPC Endpoint Mapper
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
DCOM Server Process Launcher
Restart your PC
Step 3) Run these commands:
net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
Restart your PC
Step 4) Install default audio drivers
Open Control Panel
Click the System
Navigate to "Advanced System Settings"
Go to "Hardware" tab
Click on "Device Installation Settings" and Select "No"
Now Uninstall audio device and Scan for hardware changes, also restart your computer.
Imp note - If not resolved Select Yes for Device Installation Settings
Step 5) Perform system restore
Step 6) Do a clean installation of Windows- Clean installation of Windows 10 will result in data loss, make sure to backup your data.
