Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Switch to DX11 from the game launcher
Step 3) Run the launcher as an administrator from the game installation folder.
Step 4) Run bg3_dx11 exe file as an administrator from the game installation folder
Step 5) Install Visual C++ files: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

Step 6) Install dotnet files to C drive: Copy and paste from other drive or install it from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core

Step 8) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
Step 9) Disable steam overlay, close all other overlay and overclocking apps, Close all the background application
Step 10) Perform clean boot
Step 11) Laptop users with dual graphics card- Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 12) Try verifying the game files- many found invalid files during verification and that fixed the issue
Step 13) Uninstall and reinstall the game
