Fix Starship Troopers: Terran Command application load error 3:0000065432, crash to desktop, stutters, Error: Invalid Config file, Error Invalid Target Location & freezing issue on Windows PC
Step 1) Change region to English United States/United Kingdom
Step 2) Install .NET framework

Step 3) Verify the game files
Step 4) Try beta version
Step 5) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
