Fix Steam Thinks I'm ALWAYS in Game
A very strange thing happens in Steam, it says I am playing a game when I am not and no matter what I do I can't play games until this process its closed, but there is no process for that game, it wont let me log out of steam and it does this even after reboot, steam will say I am playing a game when I am not.
Its a easy fix when you know how, just delete the appcache folder in the steam folder and start steam again.
