Fix SteamCMD Error “Not Logged On” (Solved Easily 2025)
Having trouble with the "ERROR! Not logged on" message in SteamCMD while trying to download Steam Workshop items? In this video, I’ll show you the correct way to fix it by logging in with your own Steam account instead of using anonymous login.
This issue often happens when SteamCMD tries to download Workshop content without a proper login. The fix is simple: just log in using your personal Steam username. If Steam Guard is enabled on your account, SteamCMD will ask for your verification code — you’ll find this in your email or Steam app. Once logged in, the download should work without any problems.
