Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Verify the game files.
Step 3) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 4) Skip this step if unable to launch the game, if able to launch the game, turn off FSR3 and frame generation, try windowed Fullscreen/windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
