How to fix The Callisto Protocol Stutters & FPS drop on PC, Fix The Callisto Protocol Micro Stuttering & Low FPS On PC
Step 1) Switch to DirectX 11, Turn OFF motion blur, Turn OFF depth of view, Set to AMD FSR 2. Under Quality Mode- Performance/balanced, Disable HDR, Turn of Ray Tracing, try Full Screen/Windowed mode, Turn off the RTX & lower down graphics settings
Step 2) Local\CallistoProtocol\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ Engine.ini
Copy the following command : [/script/engine.renderersettings]r.CreateShadersOnLoad=1
Paste it on the last line of the file and save.
Step 3) Launch the game and turn off Internet
Step 4) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 5) Do a clean installation of graphics

Step 7) Update Windows
Step 8) Verify the game files
Step 9) Disable Steam Overlay and other overlay apps, close all the overclocking apps
Step 10) Unplug controller/gamepad USB dongle, disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
