Error: The operating system on this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for SQL Server 2012/14/16
I'm trying to uninstall SQL Server 2012 from a Windows Server 2008 R2 sp1 machine
and obtain the following error:

Error: The operating system on this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for SQL Server 2012.

The only help I find on the Net concerns instalaltions on W7 machines

Any ideas ?
