Fix: This PC can't run Windows 11 - The PC must support Secure Boot (Legacy BIOS Mode to UEFI) 2023
To fix this issues you need to
- Convert MBR partition type to GPT
- Disable CSM
- Enable Secure Boot
- Change Legacy to UEFI

Command to Convert MBR to GPT
mbr2gpt.exe /convert
