Solution:

1.Goto your android mobile settings - apps management - all.

2.Here you can click this three dot icon and click to "Reset app preferences"option.

3.Now locate "Google play music" app and click to open it.

4.Here you can untick "Restrict to launch" option and also click to "clear data" option.

5.Then also click "Disable" option and then your play music goes to factory reset or older version.

6.Once restart/reboot your android and then goto your google play store.

7.Here search "google play music" and click to "enable" and also click to "update" this play music app.

8.Finally click to open it application and the problem is solved.
