3/9/22 Added: 1) download then run Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter (wushowhide.diagcab) from official website. 2) rename the problematic driver@ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Print Processors\winprint in Registry Editor. now Delete the problematic printer in Print Management under control admintools.
