Step 1) Restart Steam
Step 2) Restart your PC
Step 3) Delete the save game files (You will lose all the game progress)
Step 4) Do a clean installation of graphics driver https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 5) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 6) Disconnect HOTAS, joystick, multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, Razer Tartarus gamepad, , Turn off vjoy, Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 7) Update your Windows
Step 8) Update System BIOS
Step 9) Allow the game exe file to antivirus program/Windows Security
Step 10) Close all the overlay apps
Step 11) Verify the game files
Step 12) Close all the overclocking application, perform Cleanboot
Step 13) Run the game as an administrator from game installation folder
Step 14) Install Visual C++ Files https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-160
Step 15) Launch the game in Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 16) Uninstall, delete the game folder
Delete the VRising folder
steam library\steamapps\common
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp
Delete the Stunlock Studios folder from C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow
Reinstall the game to the different drive
