Step 1) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 2) Update Windows 10
Step 3) Restore Nvidia and AMD Settings
AMD Users: Right-click on your Desktop and select Catalyst Control Center (also called VISION center).

Anisotropic Filtering: 1x
Improve Quality: Off
Bloom: Off
Distortion: Off
First Person Shadows: Off
Step 5) Close all the overlay and overclocking apps, close all the background application
Step 6) Perform Cleanboot
