1. Open Regedit

2. Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform

3. Create New / DWORD (32-bit) Value

4. Name the value EnableFrameServerMode

5. Restart computer
