How to Fix Windows 10 Update Error 0x80070422 While Updating Windows 10 Version 20H2, 1909 or 1903

Step 1) Perform Clean boot and run scan your system
Step 2) Update or disable antivirus program while updating Windows, enable your antivirus program once update is done
Step 3) Start Background Intelligent transfer and Windows Update service
Step 4) Delete the content of Software distribution files and restart your PC
Step 5) Run SFC and DISM command
