Unable to Upload Files to Any Website or email as attachment on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Error Not Responding

Step 1) Clear Browsing data and Reset Browser Settings- This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies.
Step 2) Perform Diskcleanup delete temporary files
Step 3) Run these scans

sfc /scannow

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
