1. Upgrade existing system in Windows Clean Boot state.
2. Update cFosSpeed Driver.
For MSI motherboard users, try MSI Dragon Center.
3. Remove cFosSpeed (related) Driver (items), e.g., cFosSpeed 11.10, from Apps list and/or from Network Properties, if you do not use it/ 'em.
Hint: Open Settings - enter Apps - Apps & features - find & select cFosSpeed if available.
4. Perform Hardware Clean Boot.
Disable the following items in Device Manager from running:
Display Adapters.
DVD/CD-ROM drives.
Modems.
ports.
Sound, video, and game controllers.
Network Adapters.
USB Devices and controller.
