Fix Xbox Game Pass Games Are Not Launching Error CLiP License Device ID Does Not Match The Device ID In The Bound Device License On Windows 11/10 PC
Step 1) Sign out and sign in on Microsoft Store/Xbox App
Step 2) Sign out from Microsoft Store/Xbox App, run wsreset and then sign in again
Step 3) Make Sure date, time, time zone and region is correct on PC
Step 4) Make sure your Windows is active, if Windows is not active and facing activation issue then follow steps from this video to activate Windows

Step 5) Remove Device from your Microsoft Account (Make sure you have the email and password)/ Now use Sign in with a local account instead and then again switch to Microsoft account.
Step 6) Update Windows
Step 7) Try Fix problems using windows update option
